Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering expertise support to the Singapore manufacturing complex for safe and reliable operations
• Provide engineering assessment, engineering design, plant troubleshooting and equipment failure root cause analysis
• Provide engineering solutions to problems in specific field
• Provide engineering expertise support for project managed by ExxonMobil Engineering Manufacturing Singapore(EMMES) for the Singapore manufacturing complex
• Provide support for major shutdown maintenance or major equipment maintenance work. ie. planned shutdown or GTGs major inspection
• Participate in electrical network activities as required

Requirements:

• A good Electrical Engineering Degree from a recognised university with a major in Power Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the petrochemical or chemical manufacturing industry
• Practical experience and good knowledge in medium voltage and low voltage electrical power distribution equipment, protection relay, variable speed drive and motor application
• Practical experience in electrical power system study, which includes load flow study, short circuit study and relay coordination
• An effective team player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-starter who is able to work effectively with minimum supervision
